Geocaching Puzzle

This is a puzzle I'm putting up as a way (THE way) to find the coordinates needed to find one of the caches I've hidden. It'll be interesting to see whether people find it easy or hard. It's my first puzzle, and I might need to tweak it a bit to get the coordinates right but this is sort of an experiment for now.
